1. Loose 2-5lbs and 5 inches in the 28 days
2. exercise 30mins / day, 4 days a week
3. eat a more balanced meal everyday. Adding more milk products.
4. cut out weekday glass of wine.
5. able to do a 2 min plank (without whining)
